Answers to the most common questions we receive about our bespoke joinery services.
This really all depends on the job itself. Some jobs may take up to a week but it will be longer if we need to find specific materials. We can let you know for certain when we start the work.
This again depends on the items you require. If they are made to order or you would like quite a few items then it could be between 3-6 weeks. It also depends on our work load, but we will keep you informed and will give you a time frame once we have spoken to you.

Yes all our Joiners have achieved at least a city and guilds level 3 in carpentry and joinery. They have all had many years of experience too so you will certainly be getting the best service possible from our team.
Yes we take on young and enthusiastic local talent. Please contact us if you are interested and we can give you some more details about our apprenticeships.
You can contact us by ringing the number on our contact page and one of our helpful team will help you with your order. We can then give you a price and a date that your order will be finished. If you would like any work carried out then we can discuss this in more detail.
Yes we do require a deposit. 20% will be taken once you have placed your order.
The final balance will be due once the job is completed. We do make sure that the customer is fully satisfied before we take the last payment.
Yes of course. Building contractors and our customers that are within the industry will receive 30 days credit from the end of the month. Please ask us for more information when completing your order.
All our products have a warranty on them so please contact us straight away and we will fix any problems you may have.
